Wow! What can I say about Siam?! How
about.......FLAVOR EXPLOSION IN YOUR
MOUTH!!!!! Not the typical Thai food
restaurant, Siam House is probably what most
would call a "hole in the wall" if they drove by it.
It is SO much more. I have NEVER in my life
tasted Asian food SO good! Not even the best
Asian restaurants can compare. This "hole in the
wall" is right up there with your upscale Asian
restaurants and surpasses some when it comes to
taste.
Siam is run by Russ and Noon Mills. Noon,
just happens to be Thai!!! They both prepare
most of the meals so you KNOW you're getting
authentic Thai food. They only use the freshest
of the freshest vegetables and herbs. They grow
the herbs they use!! I wouldn't be surprised if
they grew the vegetables they use also.
It's not just about the taste of the food. When
you go there, you feel at home. Russ is also the
host and he'll talk with you as if you're old friends
until you become old friends.
There are no discounts to this one, but the
prices are VERY reasonable for what you get.
We spend less than $40 with tip when we go.
We drive from Dallas all the way to Denton
just to savor the flavorful flavor explosion! Try
Siam House Denton, you will NOT be sorry!!!
